SRS Acquisition Corporation Announces the Consolidation of its Upper Midwest Branches into the Newly Created Division of Midwest Roofing Supply.


SRS Acquisition Corporation (“SRS” or “the Company”) announced today that it has merged its five upper Midwest locations into a new division under the name Midwest Roofing Supply. This new DBA of SRS Acquisition will consist of the five locations in Illinois and Minnesota that formerly operated under the Wilson Wholesale and Century Building Products names.   It is also expected that future locations opened or acquired in the states of Illinois, Minneapolis, Iowa and Wisconsin will also use this new regional name moving forward.

“The legacy operating names of our various units have and will continue to be very important to our company’s success and growth” commented SRS CEO Ron Ross. “We have worked diligently to grow the various brands and to add to them with new locations. It is very important, however, when we have too many brands operating within the same or contiguous markets or if the brand no longer adequately portrays our operations, that we unify branding.”
